Commercial Investment Request:

• Two years Federal Income Tax (with all K-1’s)

• Current and last year Financial Statement (Profit & Loss)

• Projected Cash Flow Statements/next 12 Months (Income & expenses)

• Balance Sheet

• If purchase, copy of Purchase and Sale Agreement & Escrow Instructions

• Schedule of Rents

• Copies of all leases

• Property Appraisal (ordered by lender)

• Environmental Report (ordered by lender)

• Well written Business/Management Plan

• Description of company/history/officers/directors

Personal Information Required:

• Personal Financial Statements
• Key Personnel Resumes
• Credit Reports (We Will Obtain)
