My Wife Sara's Birthday

I woke up today knowing I wasn't going into work...what an incredible feeling! My wife is a year older today, she would kill me if I stated her age so let's just say she's in her twenties. I started cooking breakfast while my daughter helped in the kitchen. The flowers were on the table and the smell of French Toast was filling the room quickly. While I was making breakfast I was thinking of how great it is to stay home with my family and celebrate Sara's birthday. As I am sure you know this doesn't happen often, actually maybe once every six months. It's a shame, isn't it?
So I guess the reason for this blog is to just ask you to appreciate every second you have with your wife, kids and family. Days like these don't happen often and when they do they fly by. Investments and money and future are important, but not as important as the present, the now. These are the times to take in, enjoy, grasp and remember.
